Pas vraiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici pourquoi \u2b07\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf4c 1. Beaucoup trop de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre la banane \u00e9cras\u00e9e + les fruits + le m\u00e9lange sucr\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f c\u2019est un \u00e9norme pic de glucose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame naturel = \u00e7a reste du sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u23f0 2. Le matin : pire moment pour \u00e7a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ton cortisol est plus haut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sultat : ta glyc\u00e9mie monte encore plus vite \u2192 fatigue, fringales, stockage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd51 3. Sucre + gras = combo stockage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fruits tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9s + huile + graines =<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insuline qui grimpe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ mati\u00e8res grasses qui se stockent facilement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd25 4. Pour le m\u00e9tabolisme, c&rsquo;est trop lourd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On pense que c\u2019est \u201cl\u00e9ger\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f 5. Si tu veux r\u00e9duire tes fringales, ton ventre gonfl\u00e9 ou ta fatigue\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas le meilleur choix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;insuline se fatigue. Le stockage augmente. Le m\u00e9tabolisme ralentit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728 Le miam-\u00f4-fruit n\u2019est pas mauvais\u2026 mais il n\u2019est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 une sant\u00e9 m\u00e9tabolique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu veux stabiliser ton insuline :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f commence par un repas riche en prot\u00e9ines, fibres et bonnes graisses sans exc\u00e8s de sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ton \u00e9nergie te remerciera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ma part, depuis que j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le je\u00fbne intermittent \u00e0 ma routine, ma concentration, mon \u00e9nergie et surtout mon sommeil se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9s d\u2019au moins 30 %.
