:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une partie majeure du m\u00e9tabolisme des oxalates d\u00e9pend de bact\u00e9ries sp\u00e9cifiques, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Oxalobacter formigenes (la star)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 certaines souches de Lactobacillus et Bifidobacterium<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces bact\u00e9ries :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 utilisent l\u2019oxalate comme source d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 r\u00e9duisent son absorption intestinale<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 prot\u00e8gent rein et muqueuse digestive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;> Antibiotiques r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, dysbiose, alimentation ultra-transform\u00e9e <em>(eh oui, on en revient toujours \u00e0 la m\u00eame chose)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&gt; disparition de ces souches<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&gt; surcharge oxalique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est donc pas l\u2019oxalate, mais l\u2019absence de ceux qui savent le g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La \u201cbatterie\u201d du m\u00e9tabolisme des oxalates porte un nom :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Oxalobacter formigenes \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est LA pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi Oxalobacter formigenes est centrale : \u00ab Le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas l\u2019oxalate,mais la perte de la batterie biologique qui le m\u00e9tabolise :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette bact\u00e9rie :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 utilise l\u2019oxalate comme source d\u2019\u00e9nergie exclusive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 r\u00e9duit l\u2019absorption intestinale d\u2019oxalate jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50\u201370 %<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 stimule l\u2019excr\u00e9tion intestinale d\u2019oxalate (axe intestin\u2013rein)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 prot\u00e8ge indirectement contre la lithogen\u00e8se oxalocalcique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans elle, l\u2019oxalate devient un fardeau syst\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec elle, l\u2019oxalate redevient\u2026 un m\u00e9tabolite banal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pourquoi elle dispara\u00eet si souvent ? Car elle est :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 extr\u00eamement sensible aux antibiotiques<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 absente chez une large partie des populations occidentales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 peu r\u00e9siliente en cas de dysbiose chronique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 d\u00e9pendante d\u2019un environnement intestinal stable (pH, fibres, min\u00e9raux) <em>(Certains me disent que j&rsquo;exag\u00e8re avec mes articles sur les fibres, c&rsquo;est pourtant la base r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ignor\u00e9e par la majorit\u00e9 des malades mais aussi de leurs m\u00e9decins)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udccc\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tac\/1\/16\/1f4cc.png\"> Les \u00e9tudes montrent que sa perte augmente significativement l\u2019oxalurie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une batterie\u2026 mais pas seule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle fonctionne en r\u00e9seau, avec des co-facteurs microbiens :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Lactobacillus acidophilus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Lactobacillus plantarum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Bifidobacterium lactis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces souches :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 d\u00e9gradent partiellement l\u2019oxalate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 soutiennent le terrain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 stabilisent l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 Oxalobacter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pourquoi elle dispara\u00eet si souvent ?
