Leur pancr\u00e9as ne produirait plus d\u2019insuline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui \u2014 il existe des cas o\u00f9 la production d\u2019insuline s\u2019arr\u00eate r\u00e9ellement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diab\u00e8te de type 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LADA (<em>latent autoimmune diabetes in adults<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ou un diab\u00e8te de type 2 de longue date, s\u00e9v\u00e8rement d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais voici le probl\u00e8me : la plupart des cliniciens ne mesurent jamais l\u2019insuline \u00e0 jeun ni le peptide C, sauf s\u2019ils soup\u00e7onnent un diab\u00e8te de type 1. Ce qui est ignor\u00e9, c\u2019est que dans le diab\u00e8te de type 2, le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas un manque d\u2019insuline\u2026 mais un exc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le corps produit<\/strong> encore de l\u2019insuline (souvent \u00e0 des niveaux tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s), mais<strong> les cellules ne r\u00e9pondent plus<\/strong>. C\u2019est \u00e7a, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline.<br><br>Prescrire davantage d\u2019insuline ne fait qu\u2019alimenter le cycle : plus d\u2019insuline \u2192 plus de glucose \u2192 plus de prise de poids \u2192 encore plus de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous devons outiller les patients pour qu\u2019ils puissent d\u00e9fendre leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demander une mesure de l\u2019insuline \u00e0 jeun et du peptide C avant de commencer une insulinoth\u00e9rapie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprendre que l\u2019alimentation et le mode de vie peuvent am\u00e9liorer de fa\u00e7on spectaculaire la sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019insuline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se concentrer sur l\u2019\u00e9limination des aliments qui font grimper l\u2019insuline \u2014 glucides ultra-transform\u00e9s, sucres et huiles de graines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donner la priorit\u00e9 aux prot\u00e9ines, aux bonnes graisses et aux l\u00e9gumes riches en fibres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre en place le je\u00fbne intermittent ou l\u2019alimentation \u00e0 horaire restreint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ma pratique, j\u2019int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement des compl\u00e9ments valid\u00e9s par la science qui ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9duire naturellement la glyc\u00e9mie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 43 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Augmenter le GLP-1 endog\u00e8ne de 60 \u00e0 70 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer la tension art\u00e9rielle, l\u2019inflammation et la sant\u00e9 intestinale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019avenir de la prise en charge du diab\u00e8te doit passer d\u2019un simple camouflage du probl\u00e8me avec toujours plus d\u2019insuline \u00e0 un traitement de la v\u00e9ritable cause : la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette compl\u00e9mentation naturelle, on en parle ensemble ?
