Il y a deux mani\u00e8res d&rsquo;y arriver :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1) Fermez les yeux, inspirez \u00a0profond\u00e9ment en regardant vers le haut (cela cr\u00e9e une l\u00e9g\u00e8re tension dans les yeux, c&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 fait normal), et expirez en relaxant les yeux, et en relaxant tout le reste du corps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2) La deuxi\u00e8me fa\u00e7on est d\u2019effectuer l\u2019inverse, soit inspirez en relaxant les yeux, et expirez en regardant vers le haut. En exp\u00e9rimentant les deux fa\u00e7ons de faire, vous d\u00e9couvrirez rapidement celle qui vous convient le mieux.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Deuxi\u00e8me exercice : rel\u00e2chez la langue :<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Prenez conscience que votre langue bouge lorsque vous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez ou lorsque vous fermez la bouche. Elle est coll\u00e9e presque au niveau des gencives des vos dents du bas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0L\u2019exercice consiste tout simplement \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher votre langue. Laissez-l\u00e0 \u00a0se reposer au fond de la bouche, vous devez avoir la sensation qu\u2019elle se pose, tout \u00e0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9 du palais.
