Alternez les narines \u00e0 chaque cycle de respiration. Cette technique peut aider \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer les \u00e9nergies et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 Respiration profonde :<br>Remplissant les poumons d&rsquo;air et expirez lentement par la bouche.
